Is it really so difficult to watch ourselves from inside? With a delicate kind of detachment which makes us pure witnesses of ourselves and any other situation. Is it a really difficult thing to realize? I don’t think so. This is really simple, with patience and understanding the mind will realize the importance of this individual job. If it is a mind with sparkles of alertness inside.  

Everyday, I get in touch with  many people who are not satisfied. They argue for each little thing, they make big central problems out of little nonsense. And they get into frustration so easily without showing any kind of control on themselves, without showing any knowledge about mastering themselves. Are these the people we want to be? Entrapped in misunderstandings and silliness, discussions and analysis of persons, happenings and circumstances. Every day is the same in this way. The discussions are accumulated without living any opening for breathing a real breeze of freedom.This is the picture I can see. But I know these same people want to be free. For real.  

Introspect! When we introspect we have no thoughts yet we are totally aware of whats going on. We reach the climax of our freedom by introspection. Humble introspection which is not analysis but pure witnessing. When our attention is turned towards our inner world, to our reactions, to our desires, to our plans, to our  emotions. When we can watch all these material we have inside we will notice that we are just empty. And that’s the truth! Then we are free!  Happy introspection to everybody.
